The Challenge

Taking an old site and bringing it up to date was the perfect opportunity for gemm to re-think their business, where their strengths lay, and the type of customers they were aiming to attract. This involved more strategic thinking before the structure of the site could begin. Whilst this took some time, it was worth it. Not only does the site meet the needs of the business, but our client now has more clarity on where their strengths lie, who they wish to do business with and where the business is heading.

The transformation

Like fashion, website trends come and go. For gemm, the overall look and feel of the new site, in comparison to its predecessor, is bright, clean and modern; ready for the 2020’s! Gemm works with executive clients at the highest level so positioning the business to appeal to CEO’s, Managing Directors and Senior Leadership teams was achieved through a series of testimonials and statements of credentials for all members of the team.

It’s now clear what gemm does, why and when the services of a business coach are needed, and how gemm can help its different customer segments. The addition of the daily ‘gemms’ are a real treat, keeping the home page fresh and up to date with inspirational quotes for the day.
